Product warranties

The VisiPunch™, ElliptiPunch™, and DermaPunches™, manufactured by Huot Instruments LLC are guaranteed against normal manufacturing defects or sterilization faults, so long as the packaging bag has not been damaged and so long as the product expiration date has not passed. Should the packaging bag be damaged, the product should not be used, but rather should be disposed of. If the damage appears to be a manufacturing deficiency, the manufacturing lot number and expiration date should be noted and the manufacturer or the Registered Agent, Cynosure Medical, should be contacted for a return authorization number (RA#). Then send the product back to the manufacturer or Cynosure Medical for a replacement. Credit or replacements will not be given unless an RA number has been issued.
